Retail Training Manager
Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail Operations
- Proven track record in customer service, sales performance, and team coaching
- Hands-on experience with retail systems such as POs, inventory tracking, and sales analytics
- Strong working knowledge of hardware, tools, building materials, and home improvement projects is a plus.
- Prior experience delivering on-the-floor coaching or training is highly preferred.
Tools and Equipment
· A company laptop and communication budget will be provided on your first day.
· All materials and equipment required for training will be supplied at your assigned training area(s).
Other Provisions
· A transportation budget will be provided based on the company's approved matrix.
· Work schedule is six (6) days per week, eight (8) hours per day. The specific work schedule and rest day will be confirmed on your first day.
Contract length: 5 months (fixed term)
Work Location: In person
Contract type: June 1 to November 2026
Area Assignment: Cebu must be willing to travel to nearby provinces.
